The Hytera PoC Protection Plan is designed to safeguard your investment and keep your operations running without interruption. This extended protection plan covers one accidental damage incident within two years of the original purchase, helping reduce unexpected repair costs and minimizing device downtime.
To be eligible, the plan must be purchased at the time of your initial PoC device purchase. In the event of damage, the customer is responsible for shipping the unit to Hytera US Inc. Hytera US Inc will cover return shipping via two-day air. The plan does not cover units with signs of intentional abuse or tampering.
