The Hytera BL2801-Ex Lithium-Ion Battery is engineered for reliable and long-lasting operation. This battery delivers up to 29 hours of performance on a single charge with a 5/5/90 duty cycle. The BL2801-Ex is Intrinsically Safe and pairs with the HP702-IS and HP782-IS Intrinsically Safe Radios.
Intrinsic safety (IS) ensures safe operation of electronic equipment in locations where explosive gases and dust may be present. Intrinsically safe radios are designed so the electrical energy in the radio is low enough that ignition of the explosive gases will not occur.
